About ChiroCode

ChiroCode is a chiropractic EHR built around one idea: a claim should be checked before it is submitted, not after it is denied. Documentation, coding, and Medicare requirements are checked against a published set of 21 rules, and a claim that fails any of them says which rule and why.

It covers the day-to-day too — scheduling, SOAP notes, patient and case records, outcome assessments, and personal-injury case reporting — and submits through Claim.MD using your practice's own clearinghouse account. Where Claude is used to suggest codes or draft a narrative, the output is checked or edited by a person before it counts for anything.
